I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge end of Sept 2016. Since I have driven this car I have had an acceptable warranty repair on the suspension
I noticed the silver paint on the bumper cracking and chipping. The dealer service manager would not listen to my complaint. There are about eight chips and one two inch crack. Also I noticed a crack in the plastic that protects the speedometer I did not scratch it, it is a crack, appears it will grow. This service manager had no interest in listening to my concern insisting that it was not going to be covered under warranty
I claim the plastic crack and the paint chipping is an issue that is familiar to Nissan and would like a guard put on free. In your pamphlets it states you are aiming for customer satisfaction, but these small issues are adding up with only this young man saying nothing can be done and these are my fault. I feel something could be offered

I bought a Rogue 2016 SL three weeks ago and the Chateguay Nissan dealer took out the GPS, saying it was another dealer's GPS. They said I would get the GPS in a couple of weeks. FAT CHANCE I want it now No more pussyfooting around.
I bought Pathfinder 2018 in August 21 2018. On 25 August I got a all kind of errors in my car. I just drove my car for a week and after that my car stays at the dealer. They couldn’t fix it till yet. I got instalment to pay for the car which I am not driving. They are not sure when they fix the problem. And they are not give me any deadline. I told them to replace car they refuse it. No kind of help from dealer and Nissan Canada. Vehicle is not in safe condition to drive on the road. I can not wait that’s why I bought my car in August, if I bought my car this time they have a clear out event Avery where, they don’t understand the situation here. Poor customer service
