HiOur names are Grigory and Valentina Titelman. Orange mobile phone numbers 0545376668/0547276668. We are permanently residing in New Zealand since 2009. While we were living in Israel we were on call-pay program which we kept open since then. Since January 2015 we started receiving bills ranging from 77 to 154 NIS. These bills were paid by our friends. On 22 March we contacted Orange and were told that these charges are for mobile internet data which we do not use at all. We were told by the Orange customer service that it has been done in error and that this error is now fixed as we spoke, billing was stopped and we will be reimbursed. We were told as well that it will be confirmed by email from Orange, but it never happened. Despite that, in April we were charged again. We are asking you to rectify this issue as soon as possible and confirm it in writing. Otherwise we will escalate our complaint via appropriate channels. Kind regardsGrigory Titelman .

I topped up my phone with NIS380 credit at 1600 yesterday, received a service message confirming, then within one hour all the credit was gone. I went to an Orange point of sale today and was told I need to go to a service centre. Where are the "service centres' and why is there no number that I can phone to give my Orange number and have someone check why the credit disappeared. My number is 054-944-9722.

We purchased a prepaid SIM card from a store in 37 Allenby called App Store and he cheated us because there were no calls in it. When we retuned to the Store he kicked us out and started shouted. Please help me to report him and what do I do now with the card. Very disappointed and spoilt our visit in Israel

To Whom it may concern:
Nearly a year and a half ago I set up a plan through Orange in order to receive wireless internet access by way of a "Netonkey" stick. The Orange store that I visited then is now gone (it was on Ben Yehuda St). I've since discovered that Orange stores are difficult to locate. As my wife and I live in Jerusalem it seems odd that we can not find an Orange store that can help me with our problems with their service.
The Orange internet stick frequently goes on the fritz and doesn't seem to work at a reasonable speed. The light on the stick that should be green sometimes turns red, indicating that the stick is not getting a solid connection. Consequently the service is slowed down dramatically. The problem may be related to the connection between the actual stick and the SIM card as at times when fiddling with the SIM the stick began to work again. I would appreciate help with this as soon as possible -- in English please...Thank you, Steven 054 803 3469.
