In 2014 i subscribed to orange for two phones line and TV and internet. I told the shop attendant that i only need the services for up to the end of December 2014 because i will be returning to my home country. When i went to finally drop off the Bbox, i was told that i will pay a penalty. This was not explained to me at the time i took the contract. They deducted almost 500 euro from my account. As if that was not enough, they are still deducting from my account even after i had cancelled my contract. I am in south Africa and i do not know why. This to me is pure stilling of my money. Can you please cancel the contract and have the decency to return my money back from January 2015 to April that you been deducting. RegardsCullen.
