Verizon store explained me it is under warranty, but problem with their website of pure - gear.com website from the beginning. This is rediciliouse their service and product is very disapoiniting. I paid $49. 99 through Verizon store in North Augusta s. C U. S. A. This company and their products not good for consumer. Product upc or item number 64006pGb. This is for iPhone 14 plus.
