My daughter works for Red Robin in saucon valley in pa. Today the weather was extremely awful and she had to be in at 4. She text a friend from work and asked if they were closing early and the reply was number So she left an hour early (for a 15 minute ride) and her car over heated. She pulled over, called the restaurant and was told "everyone has to come in" so she proceeds to risk her life, and damage her car even more so she doesn't get in trouble to get into work. She finally gets there and an hour or so later she calls me to tell me they are closing. All I can say is I am beyond livid right now. My daughter risked so much to not get in trouble for the restaurant to close. This is inexcusable. I have worked in restaurants for 16 years and I was always told if you feel unsafe to drive to work, then stay home and STAY SAFE. Maybe you should use the same motto.

Hello, I visited the Red Robin in Towson, MD this afternoon for lunch. I did so with full intention of using my gift card. After several attempts our wonderful server Marc indicated that he was sorry, but that the system was down. I waited for about 20 minutes so that he would continue to try. You see, that gift card was what I need to use and was embarrassed because I had no cash. Instead I had to use my emergency credit card for this purchase. That may seem the obvious choice, but you see I explicitly planned to use that gift card. That was my budget. I’m so disappointed, and now will make another trip to use gas and time…because your system was down. I tried to call and it said, not available. Now this is a challenge to send.

In Highlands ranch, CO. Awaiting to be seated, I had to go the bar and ask to be seated. A response of "yah just wait", was stated. The hostess came up, asked if we wanted a booth with booster seats (2 small kids), we said "no, we would like one booster and one high chair please" and was told with an eye roll "well you'll have to wait, we do not have any available" your location was not busy, and rolling her eyes. Every time we go to this location now four times, a free meal is not going to cut this, each time I come go in I spend well over $50. 00. Something needs to be done here with your horrible rude staff.
