Dear sir, I am T. Marearasa. From wattala. My internet dint work properly I complained to 1212, about this matter on 25 June complaint number 24398968, in tamil they said they do the needful. But no body came to see, again June 30th I complained, omplaint no 24439024, one person came and looked , he said, there is problem in the telecome post out side the home, , but nobody come today to ajust in the telecom post, I. At three pm again I call to 1212 and explained the matter complaint number 24463345. Onr tamil gentleman spoke in tamil he will tell to the telecom people to come today to see the matter, but today they didn't come., why this 1212 compalaint desk people ignore my complaint, plyou take action and let them to come and do the need ful tomorrow, thx. I am in malasia and using Slt email the addtress is npseq@sltnet. I can receive email, but can not send email, the error is out going server, the sever name is auth. Slt. Lk. What is the outgoing server name to be set.

I was requested for a ADSL from piliyandala teleshop ten days ago. Still connection was not given they says it was given, but it is not detected at the router. Teleshop commend various things, but technician refused to come. I am sad to say this is a bad lethargic show of manager at teleshop piliyandala. PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THE MATTER TO COURTS.

I have complained about this matter to the customer service centre and to the local office., but I have got no repair service. I am always complaining that our internet connection is too slow, but your company is not getting any reaction for it. We can not make any skype calls and any other applications by using internet. Please consider about the above mentioned complaint.
