Terrible customer service. I paid $8 March 36. And $84 4/4/16. Was relocated 4/5/16. Called to cancel my membership. 4/6/16. They charged me $24 for eight minutes the first time I laid 3/26 and $34 the second 3/25 for six mins. So for 14 minutes I paid $65 Haven't laid one single time in April and they won't refund my acct, but $12. I was relocated and Sun Tan City is 45 minutes away from my home. I cannot help the fact that I was relocated due to my my job. Customer service is a joke. six calls. And they tell me each time a manager will call back in 24-48 hours and have yet to have one call back You do not treat customers like that Sonya at 2701 was so rude I'm going to corporate. This is insane.

Ms. Whitney On Phone To Sun Tan City Service
The location in Chattanooga TN, Hamilton place area closed at 10:30 tonight right after I pulled up to get a spray tan for a photo shoot tomorrow. I am very disappointed because they are supposed to be open til 11 pm and seemed to have been laughing that I was there watching them confused as to why they has all the lights off already. If there was an emergency I would understand, but from the looks of it, there was not. I am not happy.
