My family went to the local fair this summer and one oh your employees asked me to donate one month of newspapers to a local nursing home for a discounted ticket. I agreed, now every month I am getting a bill I had to put a hold on my card to stop the withdrawls. Now I'm being harassed to pay past dues. I was lied to and never agreed to a contract. I was very disappointed that you did not have a sample ballot of the Nov. six election and info on the candidates in the paper. Also very disappointed in the entire Huntsville Times as a whole. Have been a subscriber for probably 50 years and it has just gone down all the time. Am considering cancelling my subscription. Am on social security and the price has gone out of reach. I pay around $18 a month, but have a friend that pays about half that much. Don't understand that.

Since moving we are having issues receiving our paper. Several times we have called about it and they say they will deduct the day from our bill. That’s not how we want it handled. We want a paper. This is for my 87 year old Mother who looks forward to her morning paper. But it still never gets delivered. If we have to continue to go to the newsstand to get one we might as well cancel our subscription. Very dissatisfied with The Huntsville Times after many years of service. Can’t seem to speak with anyone when calling. Very frustrated. Would like to have our carriers phone number so we can call ourself. 256-837-7462.

I can not get your system to stop the paper for September nine and resume it for September 19, It was never corrected. Your paper should consider other people's interests that have moved to the area. I do not care about Alabama football. However, my husband likes other college football like Iowa, he likes hockey, he likes NASCAR, etc. Couldn't you include some of these interests?.
