A few days after I sent the payment for the handbag, I saw that the price of the handbag had gone down to $136. 00. The handbag was delivered on Saturday, January 20, 2018. The price of the handbag was changed during the prior week. I am requesting a refund for the difference in the price of the handbag from $169. 99 to 136. 00. Please contact me regarding this request. If I do not hear from you within ten days, I will send the handbag back. I would like to have the difference refunded to me as the this price change occurred before I received the handbag. 3 times now I have made "confirmed" payments that ended up not coming out my bank account, resulting in me being contacted for "late" payments. Most recently, I called to inform them it still said missed payment on my credit score, for them to tell me my bank account was entered wrong. So I paid again, was told it went through, received a confirmation email, but never came out of my bank account. I called back again, again my bank information was incorrectly entered. I assume they would call me AGAIN while I'm at work next month to say I'm overdue on payments "again" if I hadn't noticed it never came from my bank account.
