I recently purchased two Top Paw pet toys. The TUFF + BALLISTIC with bite shield protecton, for shredders and go getters. My 5lb Yorkie was able to chew right through this and get the stuffing and squeker out. I bought these for the purpose that they for tough chewers. When they show the bite shield protection sample on the toy I thought these would be great and not shredable. Boy I was wrong. Very disappointed in the workmanship of this toy.

I bought a toy at petsmart that is Top Paw as it has that it is balistic material reinforced seams and bite sheild. We got home and i took off the tags and we wrre excited to play with our new toy. My pitbull Kieko helped pick it out. She was dancing and couldnt wait to play. She is a shredder and a chewer. But loves her stuffed toys. So we started to play and i had to run to the restroom. When i came out the toy was demolished. I paid 17 dollars for this toy I feel ripped off lied to deceived. I wil be making people aware off this brand and aware of the fact it is not what it is advertised to be. I will also share my expieeriance in my bsl groups to nake them aware.

Hello. It's not really a complaint, more like a plea to bring this item back into production. About five years ago my husband found your Top Paws Quik Shade, the one that has three sides that zips and velcro up. We enjoy camping and having bonfires in the backyard. Ours is still working, but I would love to have a backup or designated one for camping. It's great to give them a designated safe place to lay, we found a dog bed that fit and both of our boys would lay and snuggle together. We could zip it up and protect them from the mosquitos. Even when a possum strolled through the yard late at night. Our Chihuahua would have given chase. Our Staffy loved it the most, he had allergies to grass and would be covered in hives if he laid or rolled around in it and this awesome "dog tent" he could lay, people watch and didn't have to be "doped up" on benadryl. Please please bring this back. We get so many compliments and people asking where we found it.

I am extremely disappointed with my 30" metal crate. I had received nothing, but wonderful reviews for your products and was looking forward to writing an excellent review. Unfortunately, because of your placement of logo on the front door of the metal crate, my now 11 week husky has gotten his mouth stuck in between the crate and your metal plate logo several times. This last time his mouth was cut and was bleeding, thankfully I was able to control the bleeding and not take him to the vet. I purchased a Top Paw dog bed at Petsmart in Mueller in Austin Texas in September 2018. Within a week it had already ripped at the seam -the thread was coming loose. The fabric tears very easily-I don’t understand the poor quality of this product. Anything used for an animal should be of a much higher quality. My dog is old and not at all distractive-so the use is not the issue. My last dog bed lasted him for six years-I don’t understand the poor quality of this bed. In the photo I submitted their pens in the same where I’m having to hand stitch it back together again.

Got a new Top Paw toy at 11:30 about 3/4 hrs later gave it to him. Within an hour to two hre he had it completely shredded. COMPLETLY. Stuffing all out. Not happy at all, taking it back to Pet Smart.

I recently purchased one of your dog products. It is a dog toy, Top Paw Tuff Toy. It is rated as ultra durable. My dog is a yorkshire terrier and and loves to play tugg of war with his toys which usually do not stand up to this for very long. I am very impressed with how durable the toys is however the squeaky inside of it stopped squeaking. I'm assuming it punctured. My dog still loves this toy because it has still stood up, no tears or stitching coming out. So I applaud how durable it is, but it would be great if the squeak inside it could be made more durable. It is a medium size dragon.

I got it at a pet store about 30 min ago and was interested in purchasing it because it claimed to be a tough material for dogs to play with. I normally don’t spend this much on dog toys for my Lhasa Apso, who weighs nine lbs. My dog ripped a hole in it in the first five min of playing w/ it. I want my money back. I have bought Top Paw TUFF toys for my dogs before at Petsmart. They do not last a month. The last two I bought are already torn and I cannot return them due to the hurricane and flooding on the Texas coast and the Petsmart was flooded and of course closed when I was able to finally get to it. And they only replace or refund within a month. I pay a lot of money for these toys that do not last, but several weeks. I spend over $ 40. 00 for these two and was a waste. If you ever need a toy tested let me know because I have two dogs that can really test a toy.

I have been using your brand of dog potty pads since 2011. I loved them But the new ones you made is no way as good as the old design. They are not thick enough to keep the urin in. I have always used the extra large pads because I have three small breed dogs. The old ones us to handle them all day (3 of them). Now, I'm putting down twice that number everyday. I know you thought you were making them better, (at least I hope that's what you thought, instead of getting more money for them quicker). But, whatever you did made them worse. I bought 300 pads; after I use these I'll be looking for something else. I'll be doing that before so I can test them out before I just change them. I purchased a product for my new puppy and after using several times, realized that the product had been mislabeled and instead of spending several dollars on EAR WIPES, I had instead purchased EYE WIPES. This is a huge disappointment as I live in an isolated area with very limited resources for pets. I purchased this product knowing it would be a while before I would be able to return to get more supplies. I am hoping that this will not cause issues to my pup, luckily it is not a mispackaged product of something that could have caused severe harm. Not a happy customer. I am unable to purchase EAR WIPES until I am able to get out of town. And i am stuck with useless EYE WIPES which i did not want.

The new XL pee Pee Pads have an extra fold that makes unfolding it harder. I know you got slimmer boxes, but please reconsider your folding. The brown pads won't lay completely flat like the blue pads once did. It is taking me a lot longer to open up the pad and lay it flat on the floor.

Hi,

I am writing to complain about your fire hose line. I purchased the Top Paw Fire Hose Frog from Petsmart for my Boston Terrier. I purchased the toy because the toy states it is ultra-durable. My Boston absolutely loved the toy, but it ended up shredding and pieces were torn apart. I am very disappointed in the quality of this toy because it is not cheap. I went to Petsmart to see if I could return it for something else they told me number I am not one to speed $12 or more on a toy if they aren't going to last. For her to only have the toy for two days is a bit disappointing and a waste of money.

Hello I would like to speak to someone in regards to the several toys I have bought from your company. I have a six month old puppy who has gone through 10+ toys each time only being able to play with them for a day or two maximum before they are ruined. We have tried several of the firehose toys even as they were recommended, but each one has been ruined. I love the brand and have several other items from Top Paw, but the toys are not durable or safe with a very curious puppy. I think that spending $20 per toy almost every other day is outrageous and although I like your brand I would like something done with this. I purchased a Top Paw hands free hipster. Which is nice, but the problem is that it says one size fits all. Well let me just say that is a lie. They are made for skinny people. Overweight people have pets too. My daughter was very upset that it did not fit her. It was upsetting seeing it did not fit. This world only thinks about skinny people. I was just looking for a cs number because of the same issue. Ours lasted 23 hours - and we were sleeping for nine of those. I'm very disappointed because the firehose toys were suggested by a petsmart employee after i asked since my 40 lb mutt is an aggressive chewer.

I thought I had fianly found a good dog collar for my dog, I tried several KONG products and they broke. I've been happy with this Top Paw collar until yesterday, I have owned it for only two months. And then, Charlie broke free. He ended up chasing some deer and running into a fence that he didn't see. He is now injured. And I am very sad and disappointed. He is a mid size dog, 50 pounds. I chose the appropriate collar for his size and was able to size it to his neck appropriately. I bought the collar from Petsmart.

I asked the clerk about it since nothing really last she told me it was good for the chews since it was made out of fire holes.
