Dear Sirs,

I wished to highlight about the poor professionalism about Toyota and especially UMW Toyota Service Director in handling the Takata defective air bag issue. In June 2016, I duly submitted the form when I found out that the passenger air bag needs replacement. Two weeks later, a lady from UMWT called and informed that the replacement part is not available and UMWT will contact me again once the part is available. She asked which Toyota service centre that I preferred and I informed 'Puchong or "Balakong". Till end 2016 there is still no feedback or further action. Toyota Japan should take serious action against UMWT for incompetency. Honda Malaysia has handled the problem much more professionally. As for me, although I was intending to buy another Camry,, but finally the decision is 'no more Toyota for me. My Camry registration number is WNC 8619 should Toyota Japan wants some reference.

I have been in contact with Toyota Guest Services in Australia re a missing part that I ordered and paid for in full back in June. I was told when I ordered the part it would be a four to six week delivery as the part was in stock, but ex Japan. When it did not arrive the dealer suggested I ring Toyota Australia to resolve I have rang them on about 20 occasions and about four weeks ago they advised me that they had found the part and it would be at the dealers last week. When it did not arrive I again contacted Toyota Australia and they now say that they have no idea where the part is when it might arrive. The assistance that I have received to date from Toyota Australia has been appalling and they have not progressed this at all and seem unwilling to help in anyway and I request your urgent assistance, the case number is 075516.

Pls help me I have issue with Toyota global automotive in Egypt the official and certified service center in brief after 40000 km they change for me the oil for gearbox the qty is 1 kilo and after a while I hear sound coming from gearbox and I went to them to make check they told me front break and I still hearing the sound after check they told me rear break nothing is changed the sound was exit and change front and rear brakes and ball bearing they let me skip the warranty and they know clearly the main problem in which they are the main reason I have already made complain but nothing happens I,ll attached for u the official document that proof what happens and u will investigate the error but in the presence of me not from one side. Because after the last check they told me u can pay 6000$ for gearbox replacement . I can’t also imagine how come gearbox damage without any indication light of overheat in the car. I have purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser car 5.7 new models 2016 from Al Futtaim Motors in Abu Dhabi show room. The first hundred meters I felt that the gear automatic abnormal i.e, when changing from first gear to second be trembling in gear during a change so I went back to the agent at the same moment, and they said that's normal so I took the car. When it reached 1,500 kilometers I returned the car to the maintenance department at Al Futtaim Motors. They told me that there is a problem in the transmission. Driver seat upholstery. This morning I paid a visit to your offices at Zebbug. The service was courteous, and when I spoke to a service manager, was informed that he was going to refer the issue to the claims manager. My point is that my Toyota Auris is three and a half years old, and to protect the upholstery I covered it with another ready to fit set of upholstery covers. I am aware that the problem with the drivers ‘seat upholstery is due to wear and tear. The problem is that this is the first time in 38 years of owning various cars from Mazda, Opel, and various Volkswagens, that I had this problem. My family owns various Opels, and they don’t have these problems after eight years let alone three to four years. It seems that the upholstery fabric choice and design are not fit for purpose and leaves much to be desired. Regards,

I have a toyota IQ 2009 in Cyprus, i buy it as second hand 2012, is a very nice car, but yesterday as i drive in low speed fortunately(just after start) the lower suspension arm broken from the middle. I believe that the part was defect and i am very lucky that this happen at that time. I ask the Cyprus toyota garage to inspect and cover me the damage because was not my false, but they said me that the car is imported and they do not care. Now i have problem with parts to repair it. I never had any accident with this car and is in very good condition.

During my periodic maintenance on 25Feb2016 at Distinctive Model, Sg Buloh, Malaysia(invoice 320V199266), I was told that the air-conditioning evaporator(dashboard) was leaking and must be replaced. That cost me RM 2, 600+. one week later, the air-cond was not working and smelt of leaking gas. On 12 Mar 2016I brought back my car to Distinctive Model and now was told that it is the rear air-conditioning evaporator that is leaking and must be replaced. I paid for that as well. What is going on? This is Toyota NOT any roadside mechanic centers


How do I know if the air-conditioning evaporator (rear) was the actual cause and not the earlier replaced dashboard unit .

My car problem already happen it out around one year 10month. I totally so dissappinted about umw toyota service and no more confident to trusted. we had trouble with the boot-was leaking- the seals were replaced,
failure of te horn - repaired two times
the material around the gear box went down
I am very disappointed with the quality of what I met in the Toyota Auris,
This is my third Toyota car, and buying this car I was hoping that it will be trouble-free car as yet two Toyota Corollas
I was going to by a new Toyota Yaris for my wife, but now I strongly wonder, because Toyota brand in my opinion is highly tarnished

I would not like to think what will be like after the quarantee is gone(July this year) and how much money I will have to spend

I met with an accident at the Utara Selatan Highway (PLUS) 336 KM near Bidor, Perak, Malaysia. My Toyota Vios was badly involved in frontal collision on the highway, and yet the airbag failed to deploy. The frontal and side chassis was badly crashed.
