You have sent me bills which has been happening since August 2017. I had a broadband account and my 12 month contract was expired. I did not wish to renew a contract. I told the sales assistant in the Tullamore sales office and he told me that I would have to ring customer service and talk it through with them. Money has been deducted from my mobile pre-pay 087-9519670 by some company called Cellmaxx who keeps sending me texts and scamming money from my Vodafone account. I reported it to Vodafone and they promised to have a manager call me on my landline as I am afraid to put more money on my mobile so it can be scammed. A manager called Amy keeps calling me on my mobile and not my land line which she was told to do so I am unable to advance my complaint without first speaking with a manager and getting a reference number. I got my land line back on the 16/11/17. It had been out since the 16/10/17. Having paid my bill this week by direct debit I called to find out why I received a bill when I had no service. I was told I could have 60 Euros off my next bill. I think this is poor compensation for being without a service for one month. The fiber optic cable is outside my house some of my neighbours have been connected. I am told that it is not available to Vodafone customers yet. I would like to know when it will be available. If you cannot give me this information can you let me know how much I will have to pay to break my contract as I think I will have to go to EIR to get a proper service. I spoke with a male person and asked him what to do with the old modem as it was replaced today with more updated version. I also asked him if he could discuss at his next meeting or email someone to consider more options for the customer when calling 1907 as I cannot go into the full extent of the conversation as it is limited to 1000 words He told me to go to I asked him if a manager could be told to consider a customer service line for queries other than what is at present very limited as it would help each department not having to deal with unrelated calls at which time he informed me he could not send emails for such and after further discussion to include speaking with his manager at the next meeting and his response was "why are you so aggressive"? He asked me to email on line my issues at which time I ended the call the call with a thank you.
