I froze my account for three months (June- August 2018) when I wanted to travel back to my country in June last year. I returned and moved into a new apartment that has internet, so I decided to terminate the internet. I have since been calling the customer care service about cancellation since August, but they always said there was no English speaking agent. I also went to the office several times and was referred back to the customer care service number. The same cycle is happening until now. I am a foreigner and do not understand Turkish. I have also sent back the modem, but was still billed. My Subscription number is 0006716561

The service helpline is very bad. We are already waiting for four days on a connection for internet in Goztepe Istanbul )our lical branch says they will come today, but already for three days they did not show up) and try to use the helpline to solve his problem. What Vidafone should do is to consult the government helpline 157 of the Turkisch government or Arcelik or Vivense. They offer excellent service and have qualified people who think about your problem. I I propose as a slogan for Vodaphone Turkey: we are a telecommunication company, but our core business is not communication and service to customers. I know this complaint will not help, but as a CEO i would be extremely worried about the unspeakable inefficiency of this company and their complete lack of communication. I I advise to go to Turkcell or Turk Telecom.

We are already waiting for four days staying at home in Goztepe to get a internet connection from one of the branches of Vodaphone at Baghdad caddesi in Istanbul. Despite reassurances and an occasional belki and numerous phone calls nobody showed up to take care of the connection. I never experienced in my life living in different countries this type of consumer service. I selected Vodaphone since it is a multinational, but that was a big mistake. I will still wait for one day. If i were the CEO of Vodaphone my top priority would be customer service since
this is lacking. We ordered at August 14th from another branch in Goztepe our subscription and since they did notdo anaything we went to the branch at Baghdad caddesi and now it September 4th and we are still waiting despite numerous calls to the well known helpcenter phone number. Can you imagine a telecommunication company with no experience in communication.
