I am complaining on behalf of my husband; he has a ZTE Blade mobile, number +447724242900. He has been trying to contact you frequently as advised by his service provider in the UK, the three Network and we have left many voicemails on your helpline as every time there is no customer service advisor available. My husband's ZTE Blade mobile phone has been useless for four weeks and is still under warranty - it drops calls and he can not hear the caller, as well as shutting down in the middle of doing something online. This is totally unacceptable and my husband has lost business through dropped calls, not to say the expenses incurred through frequent car journeys to the three Shop and using our landline to make calls that would usually have been made free from his ZTE Blade. We are intending making a compensation claim against ZTE UK in the Small Claims Court if you do not contact us and this matter is not addressed within the next three working days.

I have purchased a blade v7 phone which has developed a faulty screen, but unable to get through to customer service. Phone was purchased via three phone store in October so only seven months old and was told it had a two year warranty.

Purchased an axon seven mini in fact was an Xmas present so disappointed that for the last couple months itis not working properly. It makes the strangest sound for any notifications or phone calls I receive, will not play any videos on social media have tried three times to put it back to factory settings with no success it is now six months old and am getting so frustrated with it. Have never had a zte phone before, but would be reluctant to buy another. Please help Mrs casson.

my phone was purchased on 18th January 2017 from carphone warehouse in Rochdale lancashire uk. My phone is great what is not so great is the fact the the supplied type c cable has stopped working and i am unable now to charge my phone as verified by carphone warehouse who told me to get in touch with you. Sure your suppled charging cable should last more than one month

I have a jay by ee tablet after getting the screen fixed I was unable to use it due to a forgotten gmail account. I took it into a ee shop in Leeds, West Yorkshire who did a reset, but it hasn't cleared all the info off the tablet. It says"this tablet was reset sign in with a account that was previously synced on this device"but I can not remember the sign in details.
