I'm writing on boys Gucci trainer I had bought for my son three months back and only been worn five to six times and not really happy with the way these are looking now, we have looked after these to make sure they stay looking good as until now these are only been worn on special events

reason in not happy is, front of the shoes white leather is peeling off and ripping also the shape of the trainer is also out

Please see attached photos of my Gucci dress watch that is broken. As you can see the decorative Gucci charm has come off the bracelet. I have a Gucci watch serial number 12893079 purchased on 18/2/12 from Earnest Jones and it has had one battery change 20/10/15 and it has stopped working. I have been told it requires a new movement. I thought Gucci was a high quality brand obviously not. I have a £20 Timex watch that I have had for 11 years with no problems. I very rarely wear my Gucci watch so I feel let down by your product and was considering purchasing one of the newer models, but I am now glad I didn't. Of all the watches I have had this is probably the worse one considering the cost. I presume the watch is not under warranty of which I am very disappointed as I paid nearly £500 for it.

A Gucci watch, which I had purchased as a gift for my wife, this summer, started losing time every day, about the time of all clock changes in October. The watch was returned to the place it was bought from, Northern Goldsmiths of Darlington. We were informed that the item needed to be returned to Gucci for adjustment and repair and could take a month. I find this unsatisfactory, for a "new watch ". My fiance bought me a Gucci watch for Xmas 2012 by April 2013 there was condensation in it by August it had stopped working totally I took it to beavebrooks in highwycombe. They sent it back to gucci they fixed it, but said, it would not be fixed under warranty again I collected it from the shop in October last year. I took it off when showering and bathing my children the only time I had on was when washing my hands by late December of 2013 condensation was back in it and it stopped totally. I can not get back to high Wycombe to change it again. This really unacceptable my fiance paid over £500 for this watch it has silver strap bronze face, I was over the moon with my new watch as I have a Gucci I watch which I have had for 15 years I have had to go back to wearing my old watch which has never let me down so I was expecting this new watch to be as reliable as my old one not a load of rubbish, when you pay a lot you expect a good watch. To whom it may concern,

Sometime ago, i purchased two gucci watches, one in the silver and one in the gold colour. They are the watches with the watch face and strap in one piece.

The catch on the gold watch, the spring broke, so i paid £130 for this strap to be repaired by a gucci outlet.

Since then, they have both yet again have broken in the same place, the spring where they clip together.

I have taken them to a gucci outlet who have quoted a further £130 each.

There is obviously a problem with these watches for the same fault to occur.

I love my gucci watches and really do not want to keep paying for them to be mended if this is a manufacturing fault.

Please can you advise what i can do?
