Bharati Vidyapeeth’s
College of Engineering (BVCOE), New Delhi was established in the year 1999. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh
Indraprastha University, New Delhi. It is located at Paschim Vihar, New Rohtak Road, New Delhi spread over a huge camus of eight acres. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India. It offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Course in various branches of Engineering and Technology. The college runs in two shifts. The first shift offers following branches of Engineering- Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Information Technology and Instrumentation and Control Engineering with the total intake capacity of 360 seats. The second shift offers courses in Computer Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering with the total intake capacity of 120 seats. Admissions are based on the basis of merit obtained in the All India Common Entrance Test (CET) organised by the university. 90% seats are filled by centralized counselling and rest are reserved for management category. It offers state of art facilities for its students which includes a well-equipped library, auditorium with amphitheatre, Wi-Fi enabled campus, air conditioned class rooms and hostel facilities, Education through satellite, students recreation centre, sports club, large playground, in campus medical facilities, barrier free environment for the physically challenged etc. The college campus also includes a Research and Development Centre which is involved in many projects.
