(continued)On 09. 08. 2024, I requested Honda Turkey to eliminate my grievances due to the fact that my vehicle, which I have been using fondly until now, which is faultless and unpainted and whose warranty is still valid, has been painted, the difficulty in selling painted vehicles in Turkey's conditions, and the loss of value. Honda Turkey stated that they cannot support me in this regard, that they can provide financial loss support for problems that occur in the first three years, and that they cannot provide any other support. Finally, when I said that I would forward my complaint to Honda Japan headquarters, it was implied that Honda Turkey would be the addressee again and that my complaint would not even be taken into consideration. I would like to state that the situation in the white Honda Civic vehicles produced in Turkey between 2012-2018 should be examined, the grievances of the users should be eliminated, otherwise a company like Honda could lose serious value in Turkey. Thank you.

In 2018, I purchased my Honda Civic Eco Elegance brand/model white vehicle from Konya Toros dealership in Turkey. Since that day, I have had my vehicle maintained regularly at the authorized service. When I saw that my beloved vehicle had paint peeling on the roof slat edges and front-rear window edges, I took my vehicle, which was under warranty, to Konya Toros dealership for inspection on 29. 01. 2024. The dealership officials took photos of the parts with manufacturing defects and sent them to the headquarters for examination. Subsequently, approval was received from the headquarters to paint the relevant parts of my vehicle under warranty. Following the approval, the defective parts of my vehicle were painted at the Konya Toros dealership between 19. 02. 2024 and 24. 02. 2024.
