Dr. Akshai K. Aggarwal is the Vice-Chancellor of the Gujarat Technological University (GTU). He graduated from Punjab University in 1968 and also holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engg, from the University of Baroda. Akshai Aggarwal served as Assistant Prof., at the University of Baroda from 1967-1972. He has also served as Prof. & Head, EE at University of Baroda (1984-89) and Prof. & Head at Gujarat University (1989-99). Akshai Aggarwal became Associate Professor, School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor in 2000.
