David W. Allen who died on August 16, 1999 was a stop frame model animator. He was born on October 22, 1944 and bestowed stop motion sequences to many feature films. In the early years of his career David Allen did commercials like the Pillsbury Doughboy. He came to limelight when he animated the "Nesuahyrrah" monster who appears in the 1974 American erotic science fiction adventure comedy film, Flesh Gordon. The other works of David Allen include Witches' Brew (1980), Puppet Master (1989), Freaked (1993), Special Effects: Anything Can Happen (1996) and many more.
