Andy Flower is a retired international cricketer from Zimbabwe. He was born in Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa on 28 April 1968. Andy Flower made his test debut for Zimbabwe on 18 October 1992 against India. His ODI debut came against Sri Lanka on 23 February 1992. Andy Flower played 63 test matches and 213 ODIs for Zimbabwe. England Cricket Board appointed Andy Flower as Assistant Coach of the England Cricket team on 7 May 2007. He has led England to a number of victories and titles including Ashes series.
