Artur Zmijewski is a filmmaker and photographer of Poland. He was born on 26 May 1966 in Warsaw and is also a visual artist. Artur Zmijewski became the artistic editor of Polish journal Krytyka Polityczna in 2006. He is the author of short video movies and photographic exhibitions. Artur Zmijewski pursued his education from Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. His notable works include Ja i AIDS (1996) (movie), Berek (1999) (movie), Itzik (movie) and 40 Szuflad (1995) (photography).
