Abdul Rahman Ibn Abdul Aziz as-Sudais is the Imam of the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Abdul Rahman as Sudais is popularly known for Imamat and Quran recitation. He was born on February 10, 1960. Abdul Rahman as Sudais memorized the Quran by the age of 12. He has done Ph.D. in Islamic Sharia from Umm al-Qura University. He was named as the Islamic Personality Of the Year in 2005.
