I am from j&k district KUPWARA PIN 193222.If you visit bluedart.com and check pin 193222 they will show it is serviceable area but,if some one will send us some thing through bludart from other parts of India ,when the said shipment reaches srinager which is abot 100 kms away from kupwara ,they call us to receive the same from srinager ,please ask them that on one hand you are showing pin 193222 serviceable ,then why you are asking customers from kupwara to receive their consignments from srinager giving them the reason that we have stopped service for kupwara
