I have purchased your "Cheers Smart 35 3G" Mobile through Snep Deal which I received on 26. 11. 2014 vide Your Invoice number is S6FEE7/14-15/241 Date 20. 11. 2014, but the mobile is not a quality product. When I checked, it is not working properly as shown in your advertise. Following is the major issues. 1) when I install any application it is hangout. 2) Battery is so poor only 1-2 hrs back up in this set. 3) USB data cable is not working. 4) Head phone is not working /pause button is not adjustable. So I am very much dissatisfied for this product. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I talk to Mr Salesh of Cheers Mobile representative regarding this matter and he said to send this mobile to his office for checking technical issue. So I want to confirm how much time you will take to resolve this issue. Also confirm where to be sent. Please give me reply immediately other wise please refund my money.
