Hi team, I was unavailable on the day the first attempt for courier delivery was made on 12th August )Friday) for courier number F09831262, Since I was out of station, I contacted the delivery person. He said the delivery cannot be done on Saturday / Sunday. And Monday being Independence Day, so he agreed for Tuesday. As he didn't come with the parcel, I called and asked him about it. He said he will come with it on Thursday. However again it was not followed up and I am unable to contact him anymore. Dissappointed with the follow up process in cases where the parcel is not delivered on first attempt. Nor did i receive any intimidation as SMS from dtdc about the courier status as delivered or not delivered. Kindly look up into the status of the parcel and help me to stay updated. As on thursday the parcel boy did not came i enqired and told them to come on Monday. When i enquired with the Customer Care number i got the information that it has reached Kancheepuram and also asked me to enquire with the branch number 9382513900. When i contacted to this number i got the shocking information that the location was not covering our limit so we are unable to deliver. Mr. Krishnan from this number 9382513900 had attended the call and said it was not his duty to deliver to this area. He behaved in such a reluctant manner. Do you need eight full days to deliver the goods from Aurangabad to Chennai ?Do you encourage your Representatives to behave reluctantly to your customers?.

I was out of station for three weeks. as I returned on 23.7.2013 I saw Courier slip on the entrance of my flat :CN number C46345854 dateof delivery 20.7.13. name of the consignor FA(not clear no phone number mentioned)Receiver's signature some scribbling. I enquired the watchman and my neighbour. nobody had received any courier on my behalf. when I used the web track with the no cited I understand it is delivered. A very important Courier from Cochin to Erode dated 29-May-13 Still date (29-Jun-13) the courier is not being received. I contact the Erode office for the past 25days, they were not properly answering, today they said they missed the parcel. Can you please any one tell me the next steps.
