My Airtel no was 9829164720 which was blocked by SIM. I went to Airtel office Ajmer near Roadways bus stand. I asked them to provide me with PUK number So that i could unlock my SIM and get my all lost contact numbers. But they said that you cannot get back your lost contact numbers and also not get PUK number You have to change your SIM card. They said we will provide you new SIM, but your mobile No. Will remain as previous(9829164720). I followed their suggestion. and got new SIM card yesterday evening. They said that this SIM would be activated within next four hours. But till now SIM is not activated. So my problems are:: 1:: to get PUK code and restore my saved contact numbers and2:: to activate my new SIM card with old mobile No. 9829164720.

I have two problems

1. I bought new Airtel SIM 10-12 days ago. My calling rate is Rs.1/min, i want to reduce the call rates, but when i go to the retailer he sends the request to Airtel, but every time i receive the measage "Recharge or request not successful". Pleae let me know how to resolve this issue.

2. I tried to contact with the Airtel Customer Care, but when i am about to contact to the person my call is disconnected everytime. It makes the wrong impression of Airtel in my eye.
