I am currently residing in United States, my parents are staying in Siliguri and will be visiting United States for vacation next week. Both of them have Airtel numbers and they reached out to the Airtel office, but they said international roaming is not possible. It is possible only if they deposit 3000-5000 RS. Reading the website I can clearly understand that international roaming is possible and that too with minimum amount.
