Hi,I've apply visa/master/Ready credit with CItibank around February periods at Northpoint Yishun.
The promoter said that once you signed, you can receive the 24''luggage.
Around March 13, I called the hotline then realise I need to spend $30 then can receive the promo item. These obligations and important requirements was not told beforehand.
Today, I spend $32.36 and accidentally charged to Ready Credit instead of either Visa or Mastercard.
I called hotline and was shocked to hear past eligible periods. As consumer, do not think its fair.
