I am having land line number 2431210 which is not working since 27th May 2015 for which i have registered complaint at Township telephone exchange on 28th May 2015, but they did not responded and i have registered complaint again on 30th May 2015 they assured me taht your phone will be workable by evening, but again nothing has done again on 01st June 2015 i made a call in township telephone exchange on 0565-2430001 again they assured me that they will solve the problem by evening, but till date telephone is dead, when i made a call again they told me that your line will be repaired on 4th June 2015. I want to say that i am paying rent for services, but not getting services and nobody is bothering about customers, the services provided by BSNL is pathetic. Randhir Singh Cell no 08953841133.
