I am facing so much problem from BSNL Landline and BroadBand Service on the Number 01744-234144 in Kurukshetra Registered with the name Smt. Asha Rani. I have launched complaints for it several times started from 14/06/2015. In the past 18 days I have registered five complaints, but nothing happened till now. Yesterday also I registered a complaint, but the status is still similar. On 29th June I registered a complaint and the status uploaded that the problem is resolved, but no one visited my place for solving that problem. Same status was uploaded for all the previous complaints launched by me. This is very embarrassing. I called so many complaint centers in Kurukshetra, Karnal and Ambala too after 10:00 am, but no one received the call today. This government system is out of my tolerance. So I request you to take suitable action or Disconnect our all Landlines and Broadband (01744-234144, 236133, 235161) as early as possible.

Hello , I requested for broadband service without telephone only broadband i have given 500/- around 15-12-2014 and after that cable wire reached to my house on 1-1-15. On 16-1-15 i got telephone bill 1550/- and amount payable 499/- due date 24-1-15. I have already given 500/- 675/- now what is that. I did not use internet service even for a single second because at my house it does not activated then what about that bill. The bill date is 24-1-15 and internet does not configure or activate on my house then why i will pay this bill this is not the right way to treat customer i have paid 1175/- and also purchased modem 1700/-, but still more then one month internet not activate at my house and BSNL gave me bill.
