But it appears that has been added in balance after deducting Rs. 14=00 taxes etc. Why it is so. I have applied for a landline number at Nathdwara centre in month of June 2014, but after a long time nearly five months i have not received my connection at my residence. As i am a Branch Manager of State Bank of India at Nathdwara centre and it is too urgent to have a landline connection at my home. The BSNL office at Nathdwara has not given me the landline number till date. Is it not a shame full for BSNL to give a single landline connection to a customer? The officers are helpless at Nathdwara to issue a landline connection at my residence instead of my residence in a posh area of Nathdwara. Where all doctors and highly persons like Tehsildar, DSP and other Government officers are residence.

landline phone is frequently became dad as all the line is not routed properly . all the cables are haging in the air not properly intalled. So due to wind, rain this cable broken down and after complaint they took 4-5 days to repair or attand the problem. As well as i have unlimited plan of braod band connection which is running very slow. So many times informed to JTO- Pindrawa, but problem is not shorted out till date.
So kindly look into the matter and doing needful at the earliest otherwise i will disconnect your BSNL connection.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given application on 4th July -2013 for stopping services of internet and outgoing calls, because I am out of country for a long period. As per suggestion from Durgapura Jaipur office I have deposited rupees 1000/= to avoid disconnection. They suggested that now you will get minimum charges of outgoing calls only, but bills are continuously coming and now again bill of rupees 533 arrived with last date 27th Aug. It seems that my application is not executed.
