I am very much harrased from the services provided at your VODA STORE, VIKAS VIHAR, AMBALA CITY. Photocopier is faulty for somany days and customer has to go to get the photocopy on another shop which 200 to 300mtrs away from VODA Store. Secondly I own a number 9991833794, i have requested to change my plan from Postpaid to prepaid weak back and have done all the outstandings paid, but till today in did not have receive any call for same. Is this the services which are provided by VODA to customers or we should move to some other operator. Hopes you will answer.
