I purchased Bitdefender on March 11, 2017 and installed on my computer. It was working fine until I received a notice that my subscription has run out. Only about three months? this is suppose to be good for one year. What do I need to do to get my software working at this point.

Is there a US phone number for customer support? I am trying to update my expired 2018 Total Security to the 2018 Internet Security, but the Install option does nothing. Trying to get support in the first place takes forever with the little pictures that you have to click, and you get there and do not see an option to do the update.

I ordered Bitdefender last week on Amazon, and was redirected to an affiliate site. The site is called BITS N PCS UK. The moment I clicked onto BITS N PCS a warning was sent to my PC stating that there was a 'certificate error' and that 'this site is not secure'. When I was able to get onto the Bitdefender site itself the same message came back 'this site is not secure'. Then, with nearly every email I opened the same message came up. The only way out of this problem was to delete Bitdefender from my PC and now it's working fineAs I paid £26. 50 for your product, and am inable to use it, I am less than thrilledSuggestions please.

My name is Ann Stabile on 11/19/2018, I purchased a antivirus with my Discover card, my internet was slow and I accidentally pressed it twice, I received the link for the first one, but not for the second one cause it was a mistake that was noticeable immediately, I was told that if I did not send ID in the next two days it would be cancelled, thus far my Discover has not been credited for the second antivirus. I just got a notice you have charged my credit card for a year of service. I definitely do not want this charge and do not need your service I would like you to give back what you have taken out. I have a plan that includes my computer protection. I resent that you have just taken it out of my Credit Card account.
