Reason given is very weird - " HSBC on holiday". How can Blue dart decide that HSBC is on holiday on any particular day? If at all there was a doubt the delivery person should have simply called the mobile number on the envelope and found out. This sort of a reason from a prestigious company like Blue dart is ridiculous. Only due to non-delivery on time, we have lost this customer. Who will compensate for this?.

Hi, a courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 11th July to Indore PIN 452010. This was suppose to be delivered on 13th July 2016. While your online tracking showed that the courier was delivered the consignment had still not reached. None of your call centers where picking the numerous calls being made my side. After repeated attempts one of your call center executive confirmed the delivery to the wrong person. They were absolutely unable to help. This is a highly unacceptable service from a company like Blue dart. Further when one hour into the complaint your Delivery boy came to the society and dropped the packet with the security and just ran away. We prefer blue dart as a service provider as its reliable. Such kind of incidents are just uncalled for.

Y is that we hav to always beg for delivery to bluedart, neither do your delivery person has the courtesy to call us before leaving the office nor does he bothers to call wen the person in case of door is found locked. Just now i recd call from your delivery man that no one available at the address, wr as i was at my neighbouring flat. I even insisted him to bring the parcel i am very much at my home now, but he said he has already reached office back. Had he called me wen he was at the delivery address than i could hav recd the courier. In a day of fast services blue dart is surely lagging behind in customer service. Though in terms of charging I believe its one of the highest chargers in the game with zero service and satisfaction. A single piece of pension letter costs me 450 bucks from Bangalore to digboi and it has still not been delivered though edd shows todays date, I called the call centre and the executive says he will intimate the same. Is this the service for what we are paying for, horrendous service.
