A complaint about the Telephone exchange chingavanam.

I am a resident in Kurichy village,YMA area.I bought a house there in YMA Area. This house had a connection when we bought it. Someone from that office disconnected it without our consent. Every time we visit that office for getting a new connection, there is only one answer. "No Pair" or "Nobody available to work." The technician Mr. Papachan is the "hero" of that office, who decides everything, who confronts in between us and the high officials there. I am staying abroad any my family is alone there and there is no range for any mobile phones. I would like to take broadband connection also. Please let me know if this will be done or not.
