We are using Broadband Home Combo (Ph. No 2498224). Originally DataOne modem was installed along with connection. Few months back on our complaint your linemen inspected and told us modem is not working. We replaced with new modem (waras sw202), BSNL Broadband Compatible. Still the problem is persisting. Several times on our complaint, your linemen inspected and advised us to change ADSL splitter and connecting cables. When we requested him to inspect connection on the street pole, he was reluctant. We changed the cable and replaced ADSL splitter, but problem was not solved. We again lodged complaint(No. 116496845722). Today lineman came asked us to change splitter. He did not even checked connection on pole. When we told him, if BSNL cannot rectify it, we may shift to private service provider, he carelessly told that we may better do that. I request you to look into this problem seriously and depute a right person to solve the problem permanently.

Nano Sims are not available in your BSNL office Chutugunta, They have asked me to visit after one week, they have asked me to phone to them before coming. I have contacted your customer care call centre. They rejected saying that there is no information or anything concerned with that problem. They did not revel the concerned official phone numbers. It is a shame full thing on the part of the BSNL office to give such answers in this competent world of business. If i will have to wait for one week to get my services should i be with you or shift to some other private organisation.
