Kindly refer to my earlier message onBroadband service at 276 Main Road Whitefield (tel:080=2845=2364). On 29th. Morning a woman representative came to the house to try and remedy the problem without success. Then two persons came to the house on the 29th. To attempt to remedy the problem. After spending some time without achieving success they left the property saying they would return within half an hour. They did not return to the property either the following day ie. March 30th. Nor today, March 31st. No explanation was given as to their failure to return and remedy the problem. Is this the service that we can expect from BSNL? In the circumstances I demand that if this problem is not solved by April 1st. I wish to discontinue the Broadband service which has not satisfied my needs. I also demand that I not be charged for the broadband service during March 2016 as I have been unable to use it.

A complaint was made to several employees since March 17 that the broad band connection on phone number 08028452364 was not working. A verbal confirmation was given that an employee would come to the residence at 276, Main Road Whitefield at some time after 10:30 today March 28th. No person came nor was any explanation given as to why no engineer came On the portal the status of the complaint is shown as under investigation with officer. This has been showing for the last several daysSuch poor service is unacceptable in view of the large fees charged by BSNL. In an earlier month a charge of over Rs. 8000 was made for Internet charges. Kindly ensure that the problem is investigated and solved without further delay as this has put my family to great inconvenience Thank you.

Tel No 28452952 in white field outer circle is going dead repeatedly every few days. We have complained at least three times in the last ten days. Your service man Parmesh is not able to resolve the matter permanently. Please do something as there is a 92 year old resident in the house and the phone requirement is urgent at times.

Today I get a message from BSNL that my above docket number is closed and I have call BSNL customer care for more details. Phone is still not working. It's with deep regret that I wish to inform you that my landline number 2845 1116 has been out of order since the 14th of September Inspire of numerous complaints to your office nothing has been done.
Can you please indicate if my landline with broadband connection will ever be fixed or shouldI be forced to change to another network due to the negligence of BSNL. Its shame that a landline cannot be fixed in this day and age after numerous complaints for over two weeks now. And it is a disgrace to BSNL that it cannot fix a phone in Whitefield which is on the world map in the IT sector.
Pls advice. Do I need to address this to the consumer forum ?

I have requested for diconnection of Broadband services in the month of June 2012 and got my land line connection cancelled, since I was leaving the country. Now I find that my mailbox is flooded with BSNL Broadband bill and the bill amount is mounting.

Please relook into my request letter and stop sending me bills. Check that I had made bulk payment of Rs.5000 + before requesting for cancellation in the month of June 2012.
