Complaint. Ubislate 7cx+ tablet purchased through naptol, on order No. 18346175 dated 27/11/2015 and delivered vided to me vide Invoice No. 847467/DL/0390799/2015-16 became useless. The battery bulged and expanded to a thickness of one inch and front and back panelsare seperated. As afraid of any blast of the battery the unit was placed in an isolated place. As the tablet has become not only uselss, but also hazardous. As this occurred within thde period of warranty, a new one must be supplied immediately to the same address to which the defected tablet is delivered.

It was suppose to have free one year Reliance internet, but never got it free. Since I had bought this unit, I felt following problems in this unit. 1) Speaker are not working properly(Incoming sound not audible)
2) Network problem - always showing switch-off to callers. 3) Out of our city(Ahmedabad-Gujarat) It always shows switch-off. 4) Only one SIM card is working against two provided. 5) Switch -on button working improperly. I have purchased Pocket surfer 3G on 22/06/15. Its back cover is so weak and so its broken within six months. I tried to purchase the same in local market, but nobody recognize this company. Hence I lodged complaint and you asked me to visit your service center at Vashi viz. Kanakdhara Infotech. But they said that they are unable to replace the back cover; even though I ready to pay charges for the same. Hence I request you to provide me back cover as my phones turns off frequently, without any reason. It may be due to dust rushing inside the phone. I hope you will help me immediately.
