But till 16th Mar-16, 04. 00 PM this courier is not delivered to our place. I really do not understand you are working. Are you using monkey mail to deliver couriers. This is really not acceptable and I have escalated to our higher-ups in our company to change this courier as we are not ready take this type of sit services. This is not first time, so many instances courier are delivered late at Bangalore other places also where we set. This worst service. Check this courier and get it deliver immediately. I regret that i vested my trust in a company which shall not follow its own words. There is no response neither from the customer care numberr from any of the branch offices when called. We tried to reach DTDC Madiwala office and your call centre number,but no respond from them. Due to urgency, we somehow got the number of DTDC Pune Office and contacted them. But to my surprise they told me that out of 2 packets only one packet has reached them and regarding other packet they do not have any information and informed us to contact Bangalore office only. After repeated request Dtdc not delivered an envelope from Bangalore to Chennai. DTDC customer care does not understand the importance of the consignment. I continuously chased with consignment number B15081230, initially they confirmed to deliver in my Home Address, but without notice me. They returned back to Bangalore. I was really surprised with the behaviour. This is my big experience and i never send any document with this courier.
