Ridiculous customer support. I tried all phone numbers given online, but no one picks. Here is the list of numbers i tried to call: 07940307386, 07930610701, 07933004444, 07922932273, 08025365032. Finally a girl with noisy ambient sound picks phone on 07930610702 who after repeating five times is able to hear the consignment number And tells me that to find out status I have to call another number She tells me the number And before I could say anything, she cuts the phone abruptly. The number She gave was 9033085085 - when I call this again no reply. I have no idea what to do and how to track my packet as online position has been seen as arrived at ahmedabad since last days. Ridiculous

A consignment has been sent by my son from Vellore, Tamilnadu to Ahmedabad vide consignment number C56404040 on 10th of November 2014. It has been received in Ahmedabad and the same has not been delivered to me till date ie 15th of November 2014. A very sorry state of affairs, I would have received it by now had he sent it by post. Hi,

I have sent two parcels for the first time from one of your Ahmadabad, Ramdev Nagar Tracking Id :A30184379/A30184380. Just got a call from the recipient and the product is damaged and one of the earrings(two earrings were sent in the parcel) is missing. This is not professional and I hope you guys check with the concerned personnel and get back to me as soon as possible. I'd sent this parcel to one of our reputed business partners. I have just received the pieces and the Parcel has been altered as brown tape has been pasted after it was altered. Hope to hear from you soon
