This is Anuj Dwivedi , address B 19 Dilshad Colony New Delhi first floor 110095, I am facing lot of problem from the cable operator Vicki, he is not providing us the online method to recharge. He manually takes the money and every month takes a day or two to get it recharged. Today, i have been calling since morning that the cable is not coming while in the same buliding in other houses it's coming. He is deliberately swithching off the machine. I have complained to my Local Cable Operators asking him to submit a proper bill in lieu of Monthly Cable payments, but am yet to receive one. In fact upon my insistence he threatened me and said I'll end up paying taxes which I insisted. After few days my Cable was blocked. Every day we hear on TV on this, but not sure where to complain. When I did raise the issue with Hathway Nodal Officer she avoided further help and it seems they might be hands in glove with the Local Operators. May be the next step may be to approach the Delhi Govt' Tax deptt and TRAI PL HELP. 9910 434 550.
