I have purchased 40 Rasmalai, 6 Rasgullas and two chum chum on 24th Jan 16 at around two pm from Haldiram outlet at Shipra mall, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have served the items to my guests on 25th Jan evening and found that Rasmali are not in eatable condition. (I have kept the items in fridge). I have gone to Haldiram outlet at shipra mall on 26th Jan one pm and discussed with Manager. The manager has taken my name and mobile number and ensured that necessary action will be taken and I will be informed. Till now I have not received any update. My Name is Ganesh Ayyer and Mob number is 9212108924. I have returned the Rasmali back to Haldiram outlet. I have also informed Haldiram Manager that if no action taken on this I will take up the case in media and will contact consumer forum as wel. Dear sir, your outlet as Delhi MujaffarNagar highway at Khatauli can earn profits more than target given to them spoiling your goodwill in the market as they are able to use 1/4 of the raw material of the total requirement of each plate. I have purchased one plate Puri subji, but i wondered that total weight of one puri was appx 1/4 of the requisite weight and in result four puris were made of the raw material of one puri. Customer pays what your desire, but customer does not get what it has paid for. Is this the quality of material for which Haldiram is known. I have also given them feedback, but GOD knows it has reached in the hands of competent person or not.
