I bought an electric rice cooker 11-03-2015. I tried using it on 22nd of March in the evening and it did not work. NONE OF THE NUMBERS GIVEN IN THE ACCOMPANYING BROCHURE ARE VALID. THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NUMBER IS PERPETUALLY ENGAGED. I have been contacting all the possible numbers from the website and finally my complaint was registered under number 6607349. On 24th evening one Mr. Mahesh from the company came at 5. 30 p. M. And tried to give me a demo. In spite of his efforts for 45 minutes, the cooker did not work. He left saying his superiors will get in touch with me. So far nobody has contacted me. I want the cooker replaced immediately.

I was required to stay in all day to await collection .... no one turned up to collect it.
