My name is Budhaditya Banerjee . On 28th of October, 2015, I had purchased some items from Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. The parcel was supposed to be delivered to my residence. When I check the status of the same in website, it is shown that the parcel was forwaded from Kirti Nagar, new Delhi to Kolkata on 15th November Morning. But, I have not yet received the parcel. Moreover, whenever I tried to contact the courior office on the helpline number, the phone either gets ringing or the line is continuously busy. I have two specific questions: First, Does it take five days for a parcel to reach kolkata from New Delhi? And secondly, When Will I get my parcel delivered?
