I applied in TATKAL, and submitted all documents including annexure-f at bhopal office. But from past ten days its status is still "Under Verification at Bhopal Passport Office". I contacted bhopal office, they said it should be in printing status because they have received confirmation of annexure-f. But when I called them two days later, they said that they have not received the confirmation of annexure-f from the concerned authority. But the concerned authority says they have sent it long back. Now I am stuck in between. Passport office refused to send the confirmation letter again to the concerned authority. Please advice what should I do, I am not even sure if annexure-f confirmation reached passport office or if they misplaced it. My daughter-in-law had attended passport Sewa Kendra Bhopal on 31.10.2014 for issue of passport under tatkal scheme in respect of her daughter Shaivi Modi, son Shaurya Modi and her self. Forms and documents has submitted in respect of two kids by her, were accepted and passport is also received. However, form and documents i.e. document number 1, 2, 3 and 54 (3 out of 16 documents) is not accepted. The three documents submitted by her were Electors Photo identity card, income tax identity (PAN) card. The employee of your office asked her to submit ANNEXURE"H", which was not required. When she had submitted three out of 16 documents stated in the instructions as well as on your website. Therefore, i request you to initiate enquiry against her and take action accordingly. Now what she has to do for issue of passport?Thanking you and hoping to be favoured with immediate action.

I have applied for TATKAL passport Application File (No. BP1067190375613) and all required documents was finally submitted on 21.08.2013.
But today I came to know that ,that in the police verification documents and letter ref.no.VCF/301005566/13 the attached verification photocopy of Annexure F is incorrect.
Instead of Last submitted SHO (Thana Annapurna -Mr. Nagendra Singh Bais (I.card number-2417/11)) verified copy dtd.18.8.13 (submitted on 21.08.13 in Passport Kendra Bhopal), you have send the photocopy of earlier submitted Annexure-F of Mr. Lal Bahadur Rana (L.B.Rana) dtd. 12.08.13 (Which was not accepted by Verification Cell and APO also.after discussion with APO I return back to my place Indore and applied for fresh new Annexure -F to My police station S.H.O.)
which was given to me on 18.8.13 ,subsequently this new Annexure -F (Signed by SHO Mr. Nagendra Singh Bais) I have submitted on 21.08.13 to Passport Seva Kendra Bhopal and got the document receipt also.PLS send right copy
