I am Vodafone customer since 13, 14 years and used two sims i. E. 9583568585 and 9776113537, but in some days I do not get proper service from your customer care. Today Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my balance of 9583568585 and in other SIM No. 9776113537 I had recharged Rs. 79/- for talk time as per best offer, but activated as bonus card plan which was not required since a plan has been activated. More ever again after two three days Rs. 79/- has been activated as talk time. Further I try to complain the same through customer care all numbers, but failed to contact. Hence please examine the same and refund the above amounts and contact me soon other wise I presume U have done these mistake knowingly. I may follow alternative way. Thanking

i Lopamudra Mohanty using this network since last eight years, but i am sorry to say that i am very much dissatisfied with the service since last couple of months. Network problem net connectivity is very low in standard. I have not subscribed for any service like YMOb Rs75/- and today Rs35/- has been deducted from my account. I did n't wish for this, but without my knowledge i have been facing the same problem. I do not know what is the service YMOB is all about, and i am not looking for such service.
