We purchased four burner Prestige on 15. 10. 2016. From then onwards four to five times we have lodged our complaint regarding low flame and knob loose. I complained for gas leaking from GRS in the local Prestige SERVICE CENTRE at mayiladuthurai. The gasket sent by Hosur production unit defectively i. E. It is loose. I purchased a three burner gas stove. Some ants have entered the gas stove nozzle. Service person attended charged an exhorbitant rate of rupees. 229. 00 to remove this ants for this trivial repair. Finally i want to conclude that your products GRS system is a failure and your gas stove is not made with insect proof mechanism.
