I ordered magazines Feb 4th. Seven of them I have not received. We just moved and I want to change my mailing address. Post Office will not forward after Apr 4th. My old address: 3620 Charlwood Dr. Rochester Hills Michigan. New address: 1018 Brookside Ct Oxford, Michigan 48371. I have not received: Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day, Redbook, Food Network, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and Seventeen. We had our Recycle Account with Allied Waste/Republic, account R566370. Thank you very much. Your help is greatly appreciated. Ps, I tried going online to the different magazines' customer service, but since I do not have any mailing labels, I could not enter the info they requested.

This as to be the most unorganized company, why does it take five to ten business day to e-mail a reward are you all computer literate. The last time I ordered movie tickets it took almost three months until I sent a nasty letter like I'm doing now hire some educated people that want to work and know how to e-mail if I do not receive my tickets by the end of the week I will have the TV Stations checking into your reward problems.

No one ever answers at this number it puts you on hold, then hangs up on you after about 20 seconds extremely poor customer service they remove vendors from their program, but if you have redeemed points for a vendor that no longer is participating, b/c no one ever answers at this number, you cant ask why, and you cant get anyone on the line to help you get your lost points added back to your account. it's not my(the customer's) fault that a vendor is no longer participating. answer your damn phone and help us get our points back on our account. after all. we played your games, learned about recycling, put in the effort, etc. and this is how you're going to treat your customer's when we have an issue. shame on you.
