I have booked air ticket in SG-322 for my journey from Guwahati to Chennai on 5th of December 2014 (PNR Y93DFW). But as per SMS received from you to me the said flight is cancelled. I need to go on the same day to Chennai from Guwahati, therefore, I need alternate arrangement of air ticket by you for the same day journey. Kindly do the needful and send the flight ticket details to me as urgently as possible.

I purchased a ticket for my son from Urgent Travels Guwahati on 2nd of November 2014 for travel on your spice Jet from a Guwahati to Delhi flight at 10:45 am on 11th of November 2014. My son Chiranjeev Das, was holding a confirmed ticket with a valid PNR number. Your Spice Jet counter at airport refused to accept the PNR and said that it is not confirmed. Only after my agent had discussion with you. I was given a new PNR DY9E9N and allowed to check in. Why this mess? I will go to consumer court for mental agony, my son was put.
