In my statement dated 7th of December 2014, I have been charges a penalty of Rs. 61. 83. I was informed that this penalty was for delayed payment of my bill dated 7th November 2014 which StanChart has received on 30th of November 2014 and that this cannot be reversed. This is absolutely wrong. I have submitted payment on 18th November 2014 Cheque No: 709284 dated 18-11-2014 for Rs. 5321. 27 on ICICI bank in the drop box. Just because your records were not updated on time it is absolutely not justified to penalize the customer. I once again request you to reverse this entry as it has been charged un-judiciously.

With reference to the above i would like to state as under:

1) the above credit card was issued by your bank more than ten years back, at your own, after obtaining data from somewhere.

2) thereafter i was informed that i may use it and there is no annual charges on it. I reluctantly kept it, but never used it for any purpose.

4) after a year or so i received a bill from you, probably the annual charges which you had assured that it will not be charged. In this regard i immediately protested through phones and letters too. I was informed that the entry has been reversed which was debited due to a mistake.
5) it is very disheartening to see that a bank of your status has not.

This is regarding the over limit charges of rupees 500 levied on my card during the month of December, 2013. My card limit was reduced to rupees 47000/- from rupees 96000/- without my consent. Looks like, somebody is tampering with the posts. I had registed the following on 11th October, the post was successful, but today I do not see that post.

I have subscribed for SC' Manhattan credit card. Things went on fine till I received my credit card. This is a chip based card and would require a six digit pin for using this card in any POS or ATM. I am after them since then. It has been 24 days and counting...

1) Talked to Mr. Manoj Kumar Swain
2) Wrote to Mr. Amol Salpekar based on Manoj's advise
3) Amol wrote to me to contact Simmi Nair
4) Simmi Nair did not care to respond
5) Spoke to Amol in person when he was at our office premises. He had even noted the details in his book.

Hello complaint office,
I am Sahil, applied for a SC. Credit Card. It was delivered on my mailing address on 02-Sep-2013, but because of my absence at that time I could not received it. Than I have followed it with the customer care for the same and filled a complaint on 27-Sep-2013. Service representative upload my issue in the portal and told me that I will get the my card within seven working days, but till now I haven't received it. My issue no (201309209025). Kindly help me. I have lost my card and never used my card still i got a bill and getting every day SMS alert and no customer care number to contact again this type of queries. Worst card and services as i had two more different cards with me which i was using from 6years with out a single issue.I have emailed to customer care they also saying please arrange for payment very shameless service they are providing.

This is yogita. I have applied for credit card in the month of 18-July-13 (Manasa has processed it she has approched me for the documentation )
and they reverted for one more pan card xerox copy later on no confirmation. It's been nearly three months. Very unsatisfied with your services. Whether the request is proceed or pending for some reason how would people know why you are not processing and reaching out for any thing...............

I am holding a Manhattan platinum card with No.4541982333512579 and same has been expired on 07/2013. it is also informed that I have purchased a Samsung note pad with 15% cash back offer. I have not received a new card, but i am receiving SMS that your payment is due. I t is not clear as to which number should I pay the EMI for the above transaction. I have forwarded a complaint to the Head services@sc.com, customer care @sc.com nearly five to six times, but I have not received the new card till date. However I like to inform you that I have been transfered from sec bad to kolkata and my new address is given below:

Hi,
I am having a Standard Chartered, Manhattan Credit Card).
Credit Card number 4541982339074038
I had redeemed 2550 reward points against 1000 rupees Life Style gift coupon on 3rd August. Till date I had not received those gift coupens (More than one Month and 20 Days are over).
Than I had placed an enquiry about my points redemption on 21st-Aug-2013.
Reply from a standard Chartered Customer Officer (Shamily G A), with reference number 08/13/093950/SP/CRD on 24th-Aug-2013.
It stated as "We have redeemed 2,550 Reward Points towards the gifts mentioned by you. We regret any inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Our records indicate that the gifts were despatched to your mailing address and you will receive the same shortly."
But When I called today, the Standard Chartered executive is telling me that Standard Chartered is not able to process your request".
I am not able to understand who is telling lie.
Hope to clear this issue soon.

I tried to contact the customer service representative by dialing the number 080-39404444, but failed to do so. When i dialled the number it asks me to enter my 16 digit credit card number, date of birth and CVV number to generate TPIN number. Once i entered the credit card number, DOB, and CVV number, It asks me to enter TPIN number which i do not have. If I do not enter the TPIN number the call gets disconnected. Kindly suggest how to speak to a customer service Representative without entering TPIN number.
